이날 복구 활동에는 김해시자원봉사센터와 김해시자원봉사단체협의회, 김해시자원봉사회, 대한적십자사 김해시협의회 소속 회원들이 참여하여 침수된 가옥 내 토사 제거와 집기류 세척, 청소 등 복구 활동에 전력을 다하며 피래 주민들의 조속한 일상 회복을 돕고 있다.
임영택 김해시자원봉사단체협의회장은 “수해로 어려움을 겪고 있는 주민들께 조금이나마 위로가 되기를 바라며, 하루빨리 일상을 되찾을 수 있도록 봉사자들의 도움이 되길 바란다”고 말했다.
