논산계룡교육지원청(교육장 박양훈)은 지난 23일 제1회의실에서 관내 초·중·고등학교 행정실장들을 대상으로 ‘2025 청렴특강 및 청렴골든벨’ 행사를 열고, 교육현장의 청렴문화 확산에 박차를 가했다.
이번 행사는 정례적인 행정실장 회의에 앞서 공직자로서 갖춰야 할 청렴의식 함양과 일상적 실천을 독려하기 위해 마련됐다. 특히 공직사회 전반에 요구되는 투명성과 책임성을 되짚고, 현장에서 실현 가능한 청렴 실천방안을 공유하는 자리가 됐다.
특강은 국민권익위원회 청렴연수원에 등록된 김효광 전문강사가 맡아, 실질적이고 현장 친화적인 강의로 참여자들의 공감을 끌어냈다. 강의 내용은 '청탁금지법의 주요 쟁점', '공직자의 이해충돌 방지 제도', '갑질 예방 사례' 등으로 구성됐으며, 행정업무에서 자주 접할 수 있는 사례 중심의 설명으로 실효성을 높였다.

행사에 참여한 한 행정실장은 “청렴은 단순히 규정을 따르는 차원을 넘어, 교육현장에서 구성원 모두가 함께 실천하고 확산해야 할 중요한 가치임을 다시금 깨닫는 시간이었다”고 소감을 전했다.
