신청 대상은 신청일 기준 포항시에 영업 신고 후 정상적으로 운영 중인 일반 및 휴게음식점 중 경영 개선 의지가 있고 전문 컨설팅이 필요한 업소이다.
시는 서류 심사를 거쳐 총 12개 업소를 선정할 예정이며, 선정된 업소에는 전문 컨설턴트가 직접 현장을 방문해 ▲메뉴 구성과 경쟁력 진단 ▲위생 및 식재료 관리 ▲상권 특성에 맞는 신메뉴 제안 ▲스마트 매장 전환 및 온라인 플랫폼 진출 전략 등 1:1 맞춤형 경영 컨설팅을 제공한다.
