합천군, 철저한 피해조사 진두지휘

[브레이크뉴스=강동호 기자] 합천군은집중호우로 인한 피해조사를 NDMS(자연재난피해조사시스템)에 신속히 입력하고 있으며, 원활한 복구사업 추진을 위해 입력기간 동안 공무원의 휴가를 제한하여 현장에 추가 인력을 투입하는 등 행정력을 집중하고 있다.

군은 지난 27일까지 공공시설 피해 입력을 완료했으며, 7월 30일까지 사유시설 피해 입력을 마무리할 예정이다. 

NDMS 입력은 중앙합동조사단의 피해 확정과 국비 지원 결정의 기준이 되는 만큼, 누락이 발생하지 않도록 각 읍면에 보강 인력을 배치하고, 건축행정, 상하수도, 재난관리 등 분야별 담당 공무원을 피해 현장에 파견하여 조사를 진행하고 있다.

김윤철 군수는 이날 피해조사가 진행 중인 현장을 차례로 방문해 침수 지역의 피해 상황과 조사 진행 현황을 점검하고, NDMS 입력 업무에 투입된 공무원들을 격려했다. 

오는 8월 1일까지 중앙합동조사단이 합천군을 방문해 현장조사를 진행할 예정이며, 군은 위치 검증과 사진 등의 증빙자료 정비를 마친 뒤, 곧바로 복구를 위한 실시설계에 착수할 계획이다.

김윤철 군수는 “피해조사는 복구의 출발점이자 군민 지원의 기준이 되는 절차”라며 “모든 주민이 빠짐없이 지원받을 수 있도록 전 행정력을 동원하겠다”고 전했다.
