전북도립미술관은 오는 8월 1일부터 본관 1-5전시실에서 도내 및 국내ㆍ외 아티스트 23팀이 참여하는 특별전 '진격하는 B급들'을 개최한다.
'진격하는 B급들'은 동시대 미술에서 B급으로 분류되는 시각언어와 현실 속 '2등 시민'으로 간주되는 존재들의 접점을 포착한다.
이 전시는 다양한 삶의 초상에 시각예술의 형식을 입힌 작품들을 통해 '자본주의적 삶의 조건'에 의해 소외된 존재들의 이야기를 다룬다.
