【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=빛하민에듀케이션이 AI 영어학습 솔루션 ‘EBS미디어 Ai영어쌤’을 경상북도 공교육 현장에 도입하기 위해 에듀테크 전문기업 로드와이즈와 업무협약을 체결했다고 31일 밝혔다.
빛하민에듀케이션은 구미사교육경감지원센터를 위탁 운영하며 도내 초·중·고 학생을 대상으로 진로체험, 방과후 캠프, 기초학력 향상 프로그램 등을 제공해 왔다. 공교육과 민간 교육의 연계 모델을 실천 중심으로 구축해온 점이 특징이다.
로드와이즈는 2009년 설립된 에듀테크 기업으로, EBS미디어의 콘텐츠를 탑재한 국내 유일 AI 영어 코스웨어 ‘Ai영어쌤’을 개발했다. 해당 솔루션은 5,000만 건 이상의 국내 학습 데이터를 기반으로 음소 단위 발음 평가, AI 기반 서술형 글쓰기 첨삭, 교과 연계 자기주도학습 기능 등을 제공하며 공교육 현장에서 높은 활용도를 보이고 있다.
이번 협약을 통해 양사는 경북 도내 학교 현장에 ‘Ai영어쌤’을 도입하고, 기초학력과 자기주도학습 역량 강화, 디지털 전환 기반 프로그램 공동 운영 등 다양한 분야에서 협력할 계획이다.

Founded in 2009, Roadwise developed "Ai English Teacher," Korea's only AI-powered English courseware featuring EBS Media content. Based on over 50 million domestic learning data points, this solution offers phoneme-level pronunciation assessment, AI-based descriptive writing editing, and curriculum-linked self-directed learning features, demonstrating its widespread use in public education settings.
Through this agreement, the two companies plan to implement "Ai English Teacher" in schools across Gyeongbuk Province, collaborate on various areas, including strengthening basic academic skills and self-directed learning capabilities, and jointly operating digital transformation-based programs.
