【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구시교육청이 2026학년도 대입 수시모집 원서접수를 앞두고 맞춤형 진학 상담을 제공한다고 31일 밝혔다.
9월 8일 시작되는 수시모집에 대비해 학생 개별 전략 수립을 지원하기 위해서다.
상담은 8월 9일까지 대구시교육청 본관 지하 1층 교육안전종합상황실에서 사전 신청한 448명을 대상으로 학생 1인당 45분간 1:1로 이뤄진다.
대입진학지원단 상담지원팀과 예술체육 진로진학연구회 소속 현장 교사들이 상담위원으로 나선다.
예술과 체육 분야는 어제부터 이틀간, 일반 상담은 8월 1일부터 8일간 진행한다. 평일은 오후 5시부터 8시 15분까지, 토요일은 오전 9시부터 오후 4시 15분까지 운영한다.
예술체육 상담은 중학교 3학년부터 고3까지를 대상으로 음악과 미술, 체육 분야로 구분해 진행한다. 미술 계열은 개인 작품을, 음악 계열은 연주 영상이나 작곡 악보를 지참하면 더 구체적인 상담을 받을 수 있다.
일반 상담은 지역 내 고3 재학생과 졸업생, 검정고시 합격자가 대상이다. 학생부와 6월 모의평가 성적표 등 개인 자료를 준비하고 학부모와 함께 참여할 것을 권한다.
강은희 교육감은 "빠르게 변화하는 대입 환경 속에서 현장 교사와의 심층 상담을 통해 수험생 모두가 자신에게 맞는 진로 전략을 세우는 기회가 되길 바란다"고 말했다.

General counseling is available to current and former high school seniors and those who passed the qualification exam. Students are encouraged to prepare personal materials, such as their student records and June mock exam scores, and attend with their parents.
Superintendent Kang Eun-hee stated, "In this rapidly changing college entrance exam environment, I hope that in-depth counseling with on-site instructors will provide all students with the opportunity to develop career strategies tailored to their individual needs."
