브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 현대캐피탈이 모바일 전용 자동차 리스 및 렌트 서비스인 ‘현대캐피탈 다이렉트카’(이하 다이렉트카) 채널에 고객이 직접 차량과 옵션을 선택할 수 있는 ‘나만의 차 주문하기’ 상품을 새롭게 론칭했다고 1일 밝혔다.
다이렉트카는 현대캐피탈 공식 앱인 카앤에셋을 통해 고객이 직접 리스 또는 렌트 상품을 활용할 수 있도록 한 비대면 전용 채널이다. 이 채널을 이용하면 고객은 영업점을 방문하거나 별도의 서류를 준비할 필요 없이 365일 24시간 언제든 간편하게 이용하고 싶은 차량을 계약할 수 있다.
특히, 다이렉트카는 현대캐피탈이 선정한 인기 차종과 선호 옵션으로 구성된 ‘즉시 배송 차량’을 중심으로 운영돼 왔다. 다이렉트카 ‘즉시 배송 차량’은 계약 후 최대 5영업일 이내에 차량을 인도받을 수 있다.
