【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구 공공도서관들이 광복 80주년을 맞아 8월 한 달간 시민과 함께하는 기념행사를 펼친다.
이번 행사는 전시와 공연, 체험과 퀴즈 등 다채로운 형식으로 구성됐다. 모든 세대가 함께 참여하며 광복의 의미를 되새기고 나라사랑 정신을 나누는 자리가 될 것으로 기대된다.
대구2·28기념학생도서관에서는 17일 '광복절 맞이 나라사랑 도서관 음악회'가 열린다. 첼로와 켈틱 하프 앙상블이 선사하는 '광복절 노래'와 '독립군가', '임시정부 애국가', '아리랑' 연주가 관람객들의 마음을 울릴 예정이다. 가족이 함께하는 태극기 강정 만들기와 태극기 자료 전시, 각종 체험 프로그램도 함께 진행된다.
국채보상운동기념도서관은 24일까지 특별기획전 '독립의 기록, 역사의 빛'을 연다. 독립운동 관련 자료 전시와 독립선언서 필사 체험, '광복씨네마' 영화 상영 등이 마련된다.
동부도서관은 '오늘, 우리는 작은 독립운동가!'를 주제로 교육과 체험을 연계한 활동을 준비했다. 영어특화자료실에서는 대형 태극기 컬러링 '감사 한조각, 마음 한가득'을 진행한다.
남부도서관은 '기억의 포토존, 태극기와 함께'를 한 달간 운영하며, 어린이자료실에서는 태극기 키링 만들기 키트를 선착순 배부한다.
북부도서관에서는 윤동주의 '서시'를 필사하는 '마음으로 쓰는 윤동주 서시'와 '나라사랑, 우리 가족 와펜 키링 만들기'로 가족 단위 참여를 이끈다.
서부도서관은 '8·15 가족의 하루'를 비롯해 독립 영웅 가랜드 만들기, 한 권 한 조각 태극기 만들기, '독립운동가를 찾아라!' 등 참여형 프로그램을 운영한다.
두류도서관은 광복절 관련 북아트 체험과 함께 '두류도서관 옆 두류공원(학생독립운동편)' 등 야외 연계 프로그램까지 마련했다.
수성도서관은 '태극기 다는 날' 그림책 읽기와 키링 만들기, '대한민국 사행시', 독립운동가 명언 필사 등 문화적 색채가 짙은 프로그램을 선보인다.
달성도서관과 삼국유사군위도서관도 각각 태극기 바람개비 만들기와 '기억과 감사의 한 페이지' 프로그램을 통해 지역 주민과 어린이들에게 광복의 의미를 전한다.
김칠구 2·28기념학생도서관 관장은 "선열들의 희생을 기리고 그 정신을 함께 이어가기 위한 자리"라며 "도서관을 찾는 시민 모두가 의미 있는 시간을 보내길 바란다"고 말했다.

The Eastern Library has prepared educational and experiential activities under the theme "Today, We Are Little Independence Activists!" The English-language Resource Center will host a large Taegeukgi coloring activity titled "A Piece of Gratitude, a Heart Full of Gratitude."
The Southern Library will run a month-long "Memory Photo Zone, With the Taegeukgi," and the Children's Resource Center will distribute Taegeukgi keychain making kits on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Northern Library will encourage family participation with activities like "Writing Yun Dong-ju's Poem with Your Heart," where participants will transcribe Yun Dong-ju's "Prologue" (Prologue) and "Making Love for Our Country, Our Family's Wappen Keychains."
The Western Library will offer interactive programs such as "A Day for a Family on August 15th," making garlands of independence heroes, making Taegeukgi pieces one by one, and "Find the Independence Activists!"
Duryu Library offers outdoor programs, including "Duryu Park next to Duryu Library (Student Independence Movement Edition)" along with book art experiences related to Liberation Day.
Suseong Library offers culturally rich programs, including "Taegeukgi Raising Day" picture book readings, keychain making, "Daehanminguk Sahaengsi," and copying quotes from independence activists.
Dalseong Library and Samguk Yusa Gunwi Library will also share the meaning of liberation with local residents and children through programs such as Taegeukgi pinwheel making and "A Page of Memory and Gratitude."
Kim Chil-gu, director of the February 28 Memorial Student Library, said, "This is a place to honor the sacrifices of our ancestors and continue their spirit together. I hope all citizens who visit the library will have a meaningful time."
