전북교육청은 오는 6일까지 1박 2일간의 일정으로 완주 상관리조트에서 '2025 특수교육지도사 워크숍'을 개최한다.

도내 특수교육지도사 80명이 참여한 이 워크숍은 소통과 협력을 강화하고 현장 경험을 공유하기 위해 마련됐다.

워크숍은 ▲ 장애 학생 지원 역량 강화를 위한 '그림책을 활용 장애공감교육' ▲ 디지털 역량 강화를 위한 '배워서 바로 쓰는 짧은 영상 제작 강의와 실습' ▲ 아로마 테라피를 통한 자기 관리 및 마음 치유 ▲ 교실 놀이 및 연수자 참여 공연 등의 프로그램으로 구성됐다.

특히 업무 수행 능력 향상에 도움이 될 수 있도록 특수교육지도사들이 현장에서 습득한 지식과 경험을 공유하는 시간도 갖는다.

김윤범 유초등특수교육과장은 "워크숍을 통해 특수교육지도사들이 서로의 역할을 이해하고, 협력하는 공동체 문화를 형성해 학생들에게 보다 나은 교육환경을 제공할 수 있기를 기대한다"며 "앞으로도 특수교육 현장 지원 역량 강화에 지원을 아끼지 않겠다"고 말했다.
