이번 지원 대상은 진주시에 거주 중인 만 65세 이상 기초연금 수급자 약 4만9000명이며, 1인당 총 15만원 한도로 이용권이 지급된다.
지원금은 1회 5만 원씩 최대 3회까지 분할 지급되며, 전국 제로페이 가맹 체육시설에서 사용할 수 있는 모바일 형태의 상품권이다.
