독립기념관(관장 김형석)은 광복 80주년을 맞아 지난 7일, 관내 세대 통합 상생 카페 ‘별무리’에서 세영이지㈜ 더베이크와 함께 광복의 의미를 되새길 수 있는 기념 베이커리 세트를 출시했다고 밝혔다.
이번 기획은 ‘8·15’라는 숫자에 상징을 담아, 역사적 기념일을 더욱 친숙하게 접할 수 있도록 구성된 것이 특징이다. 총 4종의 세트가 마련되었으며, '8.15 광복 브레드 세트', '8.15 광복 버터샌드쿠키 세트', '광복 세트', '독립 세트'로 구성돼 있다. 각각의 세트는 광복의 상징성과 전통을 현대적인 감각으로 풀어낸 디저트들로, 관람객들에게 색다른 감동과 맛을 동시에 전할 예정이다.
