충청남도교육청(교육감 김지철)은 오는 11월 13일 치러지는 2026학년도 대학수학능력시험을 앞두고, 수험생 원서접수 및 시험 운영 전반에 대한 실무 연수를 지난 7일 아산시에 위치한 충청남도교육청과학교육원에서 실시했다고 밝혔다.
이번 연수는 도내 고등학교 교감과 수능 업무 담당자, 시험지구 교육지원청 담당자, 공공기관 관계자 등 약 300여 명을 대상으로 진행되었으며, '수능 온라인 원서접수 절차 및 개선사항 안내', '수능 관련 시스템 활용법', '2026학년도 수능 업무처리 지침 설명', '수험생 응시 과목 선택 관련 유의사항 전달', '현장 질의응답' 순으로 구성되었다.
특히 충남교육청은 수험생과 학부모의 불편을 줄이고 행정 효율성을 높이기 위해 온라인 원서접수 시스템을 지속적으로 확대해왔다. 졸업예정자는 물론 졸업자까지 온라인을 통해 수능 응시 원서를 제출할 수 있도록 시스템을 개편했으며, 원서 작성부터 제출까지의 과정을 학교와 가정에서 충분히 숙고할 수 있는 환경을 마련했다.
응시 수수료는 현금 없이 가상계좌를 통해 납부할 수 있도록 해, 불필요한 대면 절차를 줄이고 보안성과 편의성을 강화한 점도 긍정적으로 평가받고 있다. 올해 역시 온라인 접수와 대면 접수를 병행 시행하여 다양한 수험생 상황에 유연하게 대응할 방침이다.
김홍제 충남교육청 중등교육과장은 “올해는 수험생 수가 늘어날 것으로 예상된다”며, “접수와 시험 준비 전 과정에서 수험생들의 불편이 없도록 각별히 준비하겠다”고 강조했다.
한편, 충남교육청은 8월 21일부터 9월 5일까지 수능 응시원서 접수를 실시하며, 이후 수험번호 부여·시험장 배치·시설 점검 등 시험 운영의 세부사항을 철저히 관리할 예정이다. 교육청 관계자는 “시험 당일까지 빈틈없는 준비로 공정하고 안전한 수능 환경 조성에 최선을 다하겠다”고 전했다.
