스마트 안심셔틀버스 ‘거창안심타요’ 개통

[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 거창군은 지난 14일, 거창초등학교 실내체육관과 운동장에서 ‘거창군 스마트 안심 셔틀버스 개통 기념식’을 개최했다.

이날 행사에는 구인모 거창군수, 이재운 거창군의회 의장, 신종규 교육장, 관내 초등학교 관계자, 학부모, 학생 등 100여 명이 참석해 거창군 스마트 안심셔틀버스 개통을 축하했다. 본 행사와 테이프 자르기에 이어 참석자들이 수요 응답형 셔틀버스인 ‘거창안심타요’를 직접 시승해 보는 체험 시간도 가졌다.

이번 사업은 지난해 교육부 공모에 선정된 교육발전특구사업의 일환으로 추진해 지난 4월부터 준비기간을 거쳐 오는 18일부터 정상 운영할 계획이다. 이용 대상은 관내 초등학생이며, 한마음도서관, 거창초등학교 앞 등 돌봄 및 공공교육 관련시설 위주로 거창읍 20개 승하차 지점을 통해 평일만 운행한다. 이용자가 스마트폰으로 원하는 도착지를 입력하면 총 4대의 버스 중 가장 가까이에 있는 ‘거창안심타요’가 자동으로 배정되어 운행되는 수요 응답형 시스템이다.
