군포시 중앙도서관, 하반기 ‘중앙도서관 인문숲’ 특강 개최

군포시 중앙도서관이 2025년 하반기 ‘중앙도서관 인문숲’ 명사 초청 특강을 개최한다.

‘중앙도서관 인문숲’ 특강은 시민들의 인문학적 소양을 넓히고 지적 만족도를 높이기 위한 프로그램으로 올 하반기에는 9월부터 12월까지 문학, 예술, 역사 분야 전문가를 초청해 매월 1회씩 총 4회에 걸쳐 마련된다. 강연은 중앙도서관 지하 1층 다목적실에서 진행된다.

오는 9월 9일(화) 저녁 7시~9시 열리는 첫 강연은 한양대학교 국어국문학과 유성호 교수가 윤동주 시인의 삶과 시 세계를 조망하는 ‘별을 노래하는 마음으로’를 진행한다.

2025년 하반기 ‘중앙도서관 인문숲’ 명사 초청 특강은 9월 유성호 교수의 강연에 이어 10월 안인모 피아니스트의 ‘루브르에서 쇼팽을 듣다’, 11월 인천대 목승숙 교수의 카프카의 ‘변신’ 깊이 읽기, 12월 서울시립대 이익주 교수의 ‘한국의 족보’ 강연까지 문학·예술·역사를 아우르는 다양한 인문학 강의로 구성된다.

특히 9월 유성호 교수 특강은 윤동주의 시를 통해 삶의 아름다움과 내면의 깊이를 되새기는 뜻깊은 시간이 될 예정이다. 강연 참석자는 8월 20일부터 군포시도서관 홈페이지(https://www.gunpolib.go.kr/)를 통해 선착순으로 70명을 모집한다.

윤주헌 중앙도서관장은 “다채로운 인문학 특강으로 시민 여러분의 삶에 깊이와 풍요로움을 더하는 계기가 되길 바란다”며 많은 관심과 참여를 당부했다.

Four lectures featuring experts in literature, art, and history will be held from September to December

Gunpo City Central Library will host special lectures featuring experts in the "Central Library Humanities Forest" in the second half of 2025.

The "Central Library Humanities Forest" special lectures are designed to broaden citizens' humanities knowledge and enhance their intellectual satisfaction. The lectures will be held once a month for a total of four sessions from September to December, inviting experts in literature, art, and history. The lectures will be held in the multipurpose room on the first basement level of the Central Library.

The first lecture, to be held on Tuesday, September 9th from 7-9 PM, will be "With a Heart That Sings the Stars," presented by Professor Yoo Seong-ho of the Department of Korean Language and Literature at Hanyang University, who will explore the life and poetic world of poet Yun Dong-ju. The "Central Library Humanities Forest" special lecture series for the second half of 2025 will feature a variety of lectures on humanities topics, encompassing literature, art, and history. These lectures will include Professor Yoo Seong-ho's lecture in September, pianist Ahn In-mo's "Listening to Chopin at the Louvre" in October, Professor Mok Seung-sook of Incheon National University's "In-Depth Reading of Kafka's "Metamorphosis" in November, and Professor Lee Ik-ju of the University of Seoul's "Korean Genealogy" in December.

Professor Yoo Seong-ho's special lecture in September, in particular, will be a meaningful opportunity to reflect on the beauty of life and inner depth through the poetry of Yun Dong-ju. Registration for the lecture will begin on August 20th and will be open to the first 70 applicants through the Gunpo City Library website (https://www.gunpolib.go.kr/).
