달성군은 온열질환과 생산성 저하에 취약한 농업 환경을 고려해 이번 사업을 추진하며, 농업인 약 1만 명과 축산농가 234호를 대상으로 재난안전관리 특별교부세를 활용한다.
사업 추진을 위해 군은 지난달 22일 특별교부세 교부를 받고, 30일에는 제2회 추가경정예산 성립 전 사용승인을 완료했다. 이어 지난 5일부터 본격적으로 물품 구매에 착수해 빠른 시일 내 배부가 가능하도록 준비를 마쳤다.
이번 지원을 통해 농업인에게는 넥쿨러가, 축산농가에는 가축용 고온 스트레스 완화제 5,744포가 제공된다. 물품은 이달 중 각 읍·면 행정복지센터를 통해 농업인에게 배부되며, 축산농가에는 택배로 순차 배송될 예정이다.
