충남 서산시가 행정안전부 주관 2025년 지방공기업 경영평가 상수도 분야에서 ‘나’ 등급을 받아 2회 연속 우수기관으로 선정됐다고 20일 밝혔다.
지방공기업 경영평가는 '지방공기업법'에 따라 매년 실시되며, 경영 혁신과 주민 서비스 질 향상을 목적으로 한다.
상수도 분야는 격년제로 평가가 진행되며, 올해는 전국 113개 지자체 상수도 사업이 평가 대상에 포함됐다. 평가 영역은 리더십 ,조직·인적자원 관리 ,재무관리 등 20개 세부 지표를 중심으로 이뤄졌으며, 외부 전문가들의 자료 검토와 심층 대면 심사를 통해 최종 등급이 산정됐다.
서산시는 2023년에 이어 올해도 ‘나’ 등급을 받아 2회 연속 우수기관 명단에 올랐다. 시는 전반적인 지표에서 고르게 좋은 점수를 획득했으며, 특히 지방상수도 현대화 사업을 통한 성과가 두드러졌다는 평가를 받았다.
