(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시사회서비스원이 21일, 소속 시설 내 장애인 학대 예방 체계를 강화하고 학대 근절에 나선다고 밝혔다.
인천시사회서비스원 소속 장애인 시설과 사업단은 모두 9개소로 이 중 장애인이 생활하는 시설은 피해장애아동쉼터와 피해장애인쉼터, 장애인 생활시설 미추홀푸르내 등 세 곳이다.
최근 피해장애아동쉼터에서 발생한 학대 의심 사례를 계기로 학대 예방 체계를 만드는 한편 종사자들의 전문성과 인권 의식을 높이는 데 집중한다는 계획이다.
