【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구 남구가 조직 내 청렴 의식 확산과 소통 강화를 위한 특별한 행사를 개최해 관심을 모으고 있다.
남구는 지난 27일 직원 150여 명이 참석한 가운데 '구청장과 함께하는 청렴 톡&퀴즈쇼' 행사를 개최했다.
이번 행사는 구청장과 직원이 한자리에 모여 조직 내 청렴 의식을 공유하고 소통과 공감의 장을 마련하기 위해 기획됐다.
1부 '청렴 토크콘서트'에서는 조재구 구청장과 청렴 전문 강사, 그리고 직급별 직원 대표가 패널로 참여하여 청렴과 갑질 등을 주제로 진솔한 대화를 나눴다.
참석 직원들이 전자투표 리모컨을 통해 익명으로 의견을 표명하고 즉각적인 결과를 공유함으로써 현장의 목소리가 곧바로 토론에 반영되는 양방향 소통 방식이 눈길을 끌었다. 이를 통해 직원들 간 공감대 형성이 더욱 활발하게 이뤄졌다는 평가다.
이어진 2부 '청렴 퀴즈쇼'에서는 청탁금지법, 공무원 행동강령 등을 주제로 한 퀴즈가 진행됐다. 직원들은 골든벨 형식의 퀴즈쇼를 통해 청렴과 관련된 각종 규정을 다시 한번 점검하는 기회를 가졌다.
퀴즈쇼는 딱딱할 수 있는 법령과 규정을 게임 형식으로 재미있게 학습할 수 있도록 구성되어 직원들의 적극적인 참여를 이끌어냈다.
조재구 남구청장은 "이번 토크콘서트를 통해 직급별·세대별 청렴에 관한 인식 차이 등을 이야기하고 공유할 수 있었다"며 "앞으로도 직원들과의 소통을 더욱 강화하여 갑질을 비롯한 불합리한 관행을 근절하고, 다양한 청렴 시책을 추진하여 신뢰받는 공직 문화를 만들어가겠다"고 밝혔다.

He added, "We will continue to strengthen communication with employees to eradicate unfair practices, including bullying, and promote various integrity-based policies to create a trustworthy public service culture."
