브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 기아가 1일부터 2025년 하반기 집중 채용 지원서 접수를 시작한다.
신입, 경력, 외국인, 장애인 인재를 대상으로 △PBV △ICT △글로벌사업 △국내사업 △상품 등 총 26개 부문에서 진행한다.
기아가 신입, 경력, 외국인, 장애인 인재를 동시에 채용하는 것은 이번이 처음으로, 신입 18개 부문, 경력 17개 부문, 외국인 7개 부문, 장애인 9개 부문에서 채용이 이뤄진다.
지원서 접수는 신입, 외국인, 장애인 채용의 경우 1일 오후 1시부터 15일 오후 1시까지, 경력 채용은 15일 오후 1시부터 29일 오후 1시까지다.
지원 대상자는 신입 채용의 경우 4년제 정규대학 졸업예정자 또는 학사 및 석사 학위 소지자이다. 경력, 외국인, 장애인 채용은 직무마다 지원 자격이 다르기 때문에 각 공고의 세부내용을 확인해야 한다.
직무별 채용 공고 등 자세한 내용은 기아의 글로벌 인재 채용 플랫폼인 ‘기아 탤런트 라운지’ 홈페이지를 참고하면 된다.
또한 기아는 오는 11일까지 대학교 등 12곳에서 채용 홍보 프로그램 ‘Career CampUs(커리어 캠프어스)’를 운영한다.
‘우리(Us)’라는 주제의 커리어 캠프어스는 현직자 상담을 포함한 채용 박람회, 팝업 행사 등으로 구성돼 구직자가 기아를 접하고 친밀감을 느낄 수 있도록 했다.
기아는 이번 채용으로 미래 모빌리티 산업의 핵심 인재를 확보하는 것은 물론 조직 내 다양성과 포용성, 유연성을 확대해 ‘고객 중심, 사람 중심 문화’를 실현한다는 방침이다.
