계양구에 따르면, 1차 심사에서는 체감도·적극성·중요도 등을 기준으로 온라인 전자투표와 실무 심사가 진행됐으며, 상위 5개의 사례를 대상으로 위원회에서 최종 확정했다.
2025년 상반기 적극행정 최우수 공무원에는 ‘국제 양궁대회’를 통한 글로벌 스포츠 명품 도시로의 위상 제고에 기여한 조경미 주무관이 선정됐다.
우수 공무원으로는 세외수입 체납 확인부터 납부까지 원스톱으로 처리 가능한 카카오 알림톡 서비스를 시행하여 납세 편의성을 높인 김소희 주무관, 계양공공애플 도입을 통해 주민 생활 편의와 행정 효율성을 도모한 경승현 주무관이 선정됐다.
장려 공무원은 어린이 눈높이에 맞춘 메타버스 도로명주소 교실을 운영해 교육 효과를 높인 정가희 주무관, 찾아가는 아이사랑 육아코칭과 장난감 대여 서비스를 통해 양육 친화 환경 조성에 기여한 오미영 주무관이 선정됐다.
