【브레이크뉴스 경북】진예솔 기자=경북교육청(교육감 임종식)이 교육행정정보시스템와 연계한 ‘경북진학온(ON)’ 시스템을 구축·보급한다고 9일 밝혔다.
고등학교 학생들의 대학 진학 상담을 돕기 위해 마련된 시스템은 전국 최초로 나이스와 직접 연동돼 별도의 파일 업로드나 복잡한 계산 과정 없이도 학생 개개인의 학교생활기록부를 분석할 수 있는 것이 특징이다. 생성형 AI를 활용해 긴 문장의 내용을 요약하는 기능도 갖추고 있다.
주요 기능은 ▶교과 성적 자동 환산 및 시각화 ▶출결·봉사·창체 등 비교과 영역 분석 ▶세부능력특기사항 요약 ▶교과목 이수 현황 분석 등이다.
학생별로 입력된 빈도수가 높은 단어를 워드클라우드로 확인할 수 있고, 성적과 활동 성과를 표와 그래프 형태로 제공해 한눈에 파악할 수 있다.
기존에는 교사가 상담 준비를 위해 나이스에서 내려 받은 학교생활기록부를 일일이 분석하고 성적을 계산해야 했지만, 이번 시스템 도입으로 업무 효율성이 크게 높아질 전망이다.
경북교육청은 앞으로 생성형 AI를 활용해 대학 면접 기출 문제와 생활기록부 내용을 연계한 맞춤형 모의 면접 문항 제공, 졸업생·재학생 자료 비교·분석 기능도 개발해 확대할 계획이다.
임종식 교육감은 “경북진학온 시스템을 통해 학생 개개인의 학업과 활동을 객관적으로 분석할 수 있어 대학 진학 설계에 실질적인 도움이 될 것”이라며 “앞으로도 디지털 신기술을 적극 적용해 교사와 학생 맞춤형 지원을 강화하겠다”고 말했다.

The Gyeongbuk Office of Education (Superintendent Lim Jong-sik) announced on the 9th that it is building and deploying the "Gyeongbuk Jinhak ON" system, which is linked to the Education Administration Information System (EIS).
This system, designed to assist high school students with college admissions counseling, is the first of its kind in Korea to be directly linked to NICE, enabling analysis of individual student records without the need for separate file uploads or complex calculations. The Gyeongbuk Office of Education plans to leverage generative AI to provide customized mock interview questions that link past college interview questions with student records, as well as develop and expand capabilities for comparing and analyzing data from alumni and current students.
Superintendent Lim Jong-sik stated, "The Gyeongbuk Jinhak-On system will enable objective analysis of each student's academic performance and activities, providing practical assistance in planning college admissions. We will continue to actively utilize new digital technologies to strengthen personalized support for teachers and students."
