이재명 대통령이 11일 "수요를 실수요자 중심으로 바꾸고 투기·투자 유인으로 부동산을 취득하는 일을 최소화하려면 끊임없이 반복적 대책을 내놓을 수밖에 없다"고 밝혔다.
이 대통령은 이날 오전 청와대 영빈관에서 열린 취임 100일 기자회견에서 이같이 말한 후 "끊임없이 초과·투기 수요를 통제해야 하며 공급도 실효적으로 해야 한다"고 했다.
그러면서 "단 한 두 번 대책으로 이 문제가 해결될 가능성은 거의 없어 보인다"며 "그래서 앞으로도 계속 수요·공급 측면에 부동산 가격 안정을 위한 대책이 계속될 수밖에 없다"고 했다.
또 "대한민국 경제 구조가 기본적으로 부동산 투기 중심 측면이 있다"며 "그 비중이 너무 크다 보니 정상적 경제성장 발전에 장애되는 상태"라고 했다.
