11일 국회 기획재정위원회 소속 김영진 더불어민주당 의원(수원시병)이 국세청으로부터 제출받은 자료에 따르면 지난 2023년 귀속 부동산 임대소득을 올린 미성년자(만 18세 이하)는 3,313명, 임대소득 총액은 593억 7,000만 원이다. 1인당 1,760만 원 꼴이다. 이는 전년(3294명, 579억 9300만 원) 대비 19명, 13억 7700만 원 늘어난 규모로 역대 최대치다.
지난 2023년 귀속 연령별 부동산 임대소득을 살펴보면, 미취학 아동(0~6세)은 311명으로 총 45억 8100만 원의 부동산 임대수익을 올렸다.
특히 0~1세 영유아 11명도 임대소득 1억 4900만 원을 기록했다. 1인당 평균 임대소득은 1355만 원이다.
초등학생(만 7~12세)은 총 1038명이 임대수익 168억 9400만 원을 올렸다. 1인당 연간 1628만 원 수준이다.
중·고등학생(만 13~18세)은 1964명이 임대수익 378억 9300만 원을 기록했다. 1인당 평균 수익은 1929만 원이다.

사업소득을 올린 미성년자도 늘어나는 추세다. 2023년 귀속 사업소득을 신고한 미성년자는 총 1만 3744명으로 전년 대비 2400명 늘었다. 사업소득은 595억 5800만 원을 기록해 같은기간 92억 9900만 원 증가했다. 사업소득의 경우 1만 3744명 중 고등학생(만 16~18세)이 1만 619명으로 대부분을 차지했다. 이들이 올린 사업소득은 413억 200만 원이다.
다만 미취학 아동 110명도 사업소득 8억 2600만 원을 기록한 것으로 나타났다. 초등학생 310명의 사업소득은 29억 7300만 원, 중학생 175명은 38억 4500만 원의 사업소득을 올렸다.
