전북 전주시설공단이 시민을 위한 공기업으로 정체되지 않고 지속적으로 성장할 수 있도록 '2026년 사업계획 목표' 수립에 착수했다.
전주시설공단은 새 정부 국정과제와 행정안전부 경영평가 지침을 반영해 AIㆍ디지털 혁신ㆍ저출산ㆍ지방 소멸 극복ㆍ지역 상생 등 미래지향적 과제에 중점을 두고 오는 12일까지 2일간 새로운 경영계획 목표를 수립한다고 밝혔다.
11일 이연상 이사장이 주재한 사업계획 보고회는 임원진 및 각 부서장과 실무자들이 한자리에 앉아 사업계획을 공유하고 보완책 등을 심도 있게 논의했다.
특히 AI와 데이터 분석ㆍ디지털 등 첨단 기술을 접목한 혁신 사업과 시민 제안 사업을 적극 반영할 방침이다.
