【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구 중구(구청장 류규하)가 ‘2025 대구스트리트모터페스티벌’을 개최한다고 15일 밝혔다.
올해로 14회째를 맞는 이번 축제는 오는 9월 20일 오전 10시부터 오후 6시까지 남산동 자동차부속골목 일원에서 진행된다.
남산동 자동차부속골목상인회가 주최·주관하고, 대구시와 중구청이 후원한다.
개막식은 오전 11시 세븐카 앞 행사무대에서 열리며, 태평소 공연을 시작으로 인사말, 컷팅식, 기념촬영이 이어진다. 오후에는 레이싱모델 퍼포먼스와 초대가수 박미영의 축하공연이 무대를 채워 시민들에게 볼거리와 즐길 거리를 선사한다.
행사장에는 슈퍼카와 튜닝카 50여 대가 전시되는 로드쇼를 비롯해 캠핑트레일러·루프탑텐트 체험존, 교통안전체험 부스, 자동차 용품 할인전, 프리마켓 등 다양한 프로그램이 마련된다.
류규하 중구청장은 “남산동 자동차부속골목은 중구를 대표하는 산업·문화 자산”이라며 “이번 축제를 통해 자동차 산업의 전통을 계승하고 관광객들에게 새로운 체험거리를 제공하겠다. 앞으로도 지역경제와 관광이 함께 성장하는 축제로 발전시켜 나가겠다”고 말했다.

The event venue will feature a road show featuring approximately 50 supercars and tuned cars, as well as a camping trailer and rooftop tent experience zone, traffic safety experience booths, a discount auto parts sale, and a flea market.
Jung-gu District Mayor Ryu Gyu-ha stated, "Namsan-dong Auto Parts Alley is a representative industrial and cultural asset of Jung-gu." He added, "Through this festival, we will continue to uphold the traditions of the automotive industry and provide new experiences for tourists. We will continue to develop this festival into one that fosters the growth of both the local economy and tourism."
