충남 당진시가 지역 농축산물의 판로 확대와 안정적 공급 체계 강화를 위해 민간과 손을 잡았다.
당진시는 지난 22일 시청 해나루홀에서 더로컬농업회사법인(주), 당진축협, 당진로컬푸드협동조합과 ‘로컬푸드 활성화를 위한 업무협약(MOU)’을 체결했다고 23일 밝혔다.
이번 협약에 따라 당진시는 연중 생산체계 구축을 포함한 행정·재정 지원을 제공하고, 더로컬농업회사법인은 대전권역 판로 확대와 홍보·마케팅을 맡는다.
당진축협과 로컬푸드협동조합은 고품질 농축산물과 농식품의 안정적 공급에 나서기로 했다. 이를 통해 농가에는 소득 향상의 기회가, 소비자에게는 신선하고 안전한 먹거리 제공이 기대된다.
특히 당진시는 지난 19일부터 대전 도안 신도시에서 로컬푸드 직매장을 시범 운영하고 있다. 이번 시도로 당진 농축산물은 충남을 넘어 대전 시민에게도 안정적으로 공급되며, 외부 판로 개척과 소비자 접점 확대의 시험대에 올랐다.
