[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 진주시 초전동 구 종축장 부지에서 진행 중인 대규모 개발사업 현장이 환경 관리 소홀로 주민들의 거센 비난을 받고 있다.
이곳 현장에 설치된 차량 세륜기가 제 기능을 하지 못하면서 사실상 불법 운영되고 있다는 목소리가 높다.
