【브레이크뉴스 경북】진예솔 기자=경북교육청이 미래교육을 이끌어갈 교육전문직원들의 역량을 키우는 자리를 마련했다. 광복 80주년을 맞아 교육 리더십을 되짚어보는 뜻깊은 시간이었다.

경북교육청은 지난 29일 경주 더케이호텔에서 본청과 직속기관, 교육지원청 소속 유·초등 교육전문직원 160여 명이 참석한 가운데 '2025 하반기 유·초등 교육전문직원 역량 강화 연수'를 열었다고 밝혔다.

이번 연수는 급변하는 미래 사회 속에서 교육 리더십을 새롭게 정립하고 지속 가능한 미래교육의 길을 모색하기 위해 준비됐다.

참석자들은 경북교육 정책 공유와 협력적 네트워크 구축, 학교 현장 지원 방안 논의 등을 통해 교육전문직원의 책임과 전문성을 더욱 키워나갔다.

특히 임종식 교육감의 교육 철학과 성과를 담은 북 콘서트 '따뜻한 경북교육 7년 이야기'가 열렸다. 지난 7년간 경북교육의 성과를 돌아보고 미래 비전을 제시하는 자리였다.

임 교육감은 "교육 리더의 성찰과 도약이야말로 학생과 학교를 성장으로 이끄는 원동력"이라며 교육전문직원들에게 책임성과 리더십 강화를 당부했다.

EBS PD를 초청한 특별 강연도 이어졌다. 'AI 시대에 살아남는 인간의 힘, 문해력'을 주제로 디지털 전환기에 필요한 핵심 역량과 교육 현장에서의 실천 방안을 제시해 큰 호응을 얻었다.

임종식 교육감은 "이번 연수를 통해 지속 가능한 미래 교육을 위한 교육전문직원의 역할을 새롭게 모색하고, 학교와 지역 사회에 이바지하는 사명감을 다질 수 있기를 바란다"며 "협력과 소통으로 학생들이 꿈을 키우고 성장할 수 있는 든든한 학교 현장을 함께 만들어 가자"고 강조했다.

Superintendent Lim emphasized, "The reflection and leap forward of educational leaders are the driving force behind the growth of students and schools," and urged educational professionals to strengthen their responsibility and leadership.

A special lecture by an EBS producer followed. Under the theme, "Literacy: The Power of Humans to Survive in the AI ​​Era," the lecture presented core competencies necessary for the digital transformation and practical solutions for educational settings, drawing a positive response.

Superintendent Lim Jong-sik stated, "I hope this training session will help educational professionals explore new roles for sustainable future education and solidify their commitment to contributing to schools and local communities. Let's work together to create a strong school environment where students can pursue their dreams and grow through cooperation and communication."
