유동수 의원(제20대·제21대·제22대 인천계양갑, 더불어민주당 정책위 경제수석부의장)이 행정안전부로부터 제출받은 국정감사 자료에 따르면 지난 2021년부터 올해 8월까지 이상기후로 인한 재산피해 규모는 약 3조 1,402억 원에 달했다.
