안양윌스기념병원 이동찬 병원장, 경기도지사 표창 수상

안양윌스기념병원(원장 이동찬)은 이동찬 병원장이 지난 9월 26일 경기도경제과학진흥원 광교홀에서 열린 시상식에서 고영인 경기도 경제부지사로부터 지역사회 발전과 건강 증진에 기여한 공로로 경기도지사 표창을 수상했다.

이동찬 병원장은 간호·간병통합서비스를 안양시 최초로 도입해 환자와 보호자의 부담을 줄였으며, 보건소·노인복지관과 연계해 매월 의료 봉사를 시행하는 등 주민 건강 향상에 힘써왔다. 또한 2024년 대한병원협회장 표창, 대한척추내시경수술연구회 회장 선출 등 학술·임상 분야에서도 활발히 활동하고 있다.

이동찬 병원장은 “이번 수상은 병원 전체가 지역과 함께 걸어온 결실”이라며, “앞으로도 환자 중심 진료와 사회공헌을 실천해 신뢰받는 척추전문병원이 되겠다”고 말했다.

한편, 안양윌스기념병원은 보건복지부 지정 척추전문병원으로 최근 4회 연속 지정되며 안양·과천·군포·의왕 지역 대표 전문병원으로 자리매김하고 있다.

Anyang Wills Memorial Hospital (Director Lee Dong-chan) announced on the 29th that Director Lee Dong-chan received a Gyeonggi Province Governor's Commendation for his contributions to community development and health promotion.

The commendation was presented by Gyeonggi Province Deputy Governor for Economic Affairs Ko Young-in at an awards ceremony held at the Gwanggyo Hall of the Gyeonggi Province Economic and Science Promotion Agency on September 26th.

Director Lee Dong-chan was the first in Anyang to introduce an integrated nursing and caregiving service, reducing the burden on patients and their caregivers.
