경기북부보훈지청 제대군인지원센터가 제대군인 고용에 앞장선 기업들과 협력 강화의 장을 마련했다.
센터는 29일 센터 교육장에서 '2025년 제대군인 주간 기념 고용우수기업 감사장 수여식 및 인사간담회'를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이날 행사에는 ㈜두성시스템, 송추정신병원, ㈜코스탈, ㈜라파, 쿠팡풀필먼트서비스(유), KD운송그룹 평안운수 등 제대군인 고용 유공 6개 기업의 대표와 인사 실무자를 포함해 총 14명이 참석했다.

센터는 제대군인 채용에 기여한 기업들에게 감사장과 꽃다발을 전달하며 고용 협력에 대한 감사의 마음을 표했다.
수여식에 이어 진행된 간담회에서는 제대군인 맞춤형 일자리 창출 방안과 기업의 현장 애로사항을 공유하는 시간을 가졌다.
참석 기업들은 "구인 공고의 구체성 확보"와 "채용 연계 지원 강화"를 주요 개선사항으로 건의했다.
이에 센터 측은 제대군인의 취업 연계 시스템을 한층 더 강화하겠다는 입장을 밝혔다.
이영환 센터장은 "제대군인의 성실성과 책임감을 살려 기업이 필요로 하는 인재로 연결하는 든든한 가교 역할을 하겠다"며 "앞으로도 기업과의 상호 신뢰와 협력을 바탕으로 더 많은 제대군인 일자리가 창출될 수 있도록 지원을 아끼지 않겠다"고 강조했다.
