13일 경찰과 소방당국에 따르면 전날 오후 1시 40분쯤 예천군 호명읍의 한 도로에 주차돼 있던 차량 안에서 도청 소속 공무원 A씨(40대)가 숨진 채 발견됐다.
차량 안에서는 A씨가 남긴 것으로 보이는 유서가 발견되었으며 직장에서 겪은 어려움이 담긴 것으로 전해졌다.
경찰은 관계자 진술을 토대로 정확한 경위를 조사 중이며, 경북도 또한 내부 상황을 확인하고 있다.
