[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 진주시 노인장애인과 진종삼 과장이 제27회 경상남도 사회복지사 대회에서 최고 영예인 ‘경상남도 사회복지사 대상’을 수상했다.
이번 대회는 ‘2025 함께 걷는 우리의 길, 동행’을 주제로 남해군 꿈나무센터에서 열려 지역 곳곳의 사회복지사들이 한자리에 모여 서로의 노고를 격려했다.
이날 행사에는 경남도 주요 인사와 복지 관계자, 사회복지사 등 450여 명이 참석해 따뜻한 박수와 축하의 분위기 속에서 시상식이 진행됐다.
진 과장은 지역 복지 발전과 사회복지사 지위 향상에 기여한 공로를 인정받아 대상 수상의 영예를 안았다.
진 과장은 평소 “복지는 행정이 아니라 사람의 마음에서 시작된다”는 신념으로, 복지 현장을 직접 찾아가 주민의 목소리를 듣고 어려움을 해결해 왔다.
