과천시 아이돌봄서비스 위탁 운영 기관인 과천시가족센터가 성평등가족부가 실시한 ‘아이돌봄서비스 제공기관 평가’에서 4년 연속 우수기관으로 선정됐다.
과천시는 도시형 평가군에서 서비스 성과, 아이돌보미 확보, 기관 운영, 안전관리 등 전 항목에서 좋은 평가를 받았다.
과천시는 아이돌보미의 근무 만족도를 높이기 위해 교통비와 장기근속수당을 지원하고, 역량강화 교육과 교류 프로그램을 운영하는 등 서비스 품질 향상을 위한 다양한 지원을 시행하고 있다.
이번 평가는 전국 225개 아이돌봄서비스 제공기관을 대상으로 서비스 운영 전반을 점검해 총점 상위 30%를 우수기관으로 지정한 것이다.
과천시는 2022년부터 올해까지 매년 우수기관으로 선정되며 안정적이고 신뢰도 높은 돌봄서비스를 제공하고 있다. 지난해에는 경기도 31개 시·군 중 유일하게 성평등가족부 장관상을 수상해 3년 연속 장관상 수상이라는 성과를 거뒀다.
과천시는 중위소득 100% 이하 가정과 다자녀 가정을 대상으로 본인부담금 지원사업을 추진 중이며, 내년부터는 ‘아픈아이돌봄서비스’를 도입해 질병감염 아동 돌봄 시 부담을 덜어주는 방안을 검토하고 있다.

Gwacheon City received excellent ratings across all categories, including service performance, childcare provider recruitment, agency operation, and safety management, in the urban evaluation group.
Gwacheon City provides various support measures to improve service quality, including transportation allowances and long-term service awards, capacity building training, and exchange programs, to enhance childcare provider job satisfaction.
