(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천연구원이 오는 30일 오후 2시부터 정동1928 아트센터 컨퍼런스룸에서 “지역특화 경제동향지수 개발 사례”를 주제로 ‘수도권 지역경제동향 포럼’을 개최한다고 밝혔다.
인천연구원에 따르면, 이번 행사를 공동주최한 수도권 시도연구원들은 포럼을 통해 지역의 경제동향을 종합적으로 파악하고 진단하기 위한 논의의 장을 마련했다.
첫 번째 주제발표를 맡은 고봉현 제주연구원 지속성장연구실장은 ‘지역경제 특성을 고려한 제주 경기동향지수 개발과 운영 사례’를 주제로 발표한다.
고봉현 실장은 제주 경제의 구조적 특성과 경기 순환을 반영한 지역맞춤형 경기지표 개발 과정을 설명한다.
제주 경기종합지수는 통계청의 공식 승인 통계로, 생산·소비·고용 등 지역경제 주요 부문의 순환 변동을 반영해 작성되며 매월 공표를 통해 제주특별자치도의 정책 판단 및 기업의 의사결정에 활용되고 있다.
