전북교육청은 공정하고 객관적인 평가ㆍ전문성을 확보하기 위해 최근 심의위원회를 열고 적격성 여부 등을 심의해 NH농협은행을 차기 교육금고로 선정했다고 31일 밝혔다.
심의위원회는 도의원ㆍ대학교수ㆍ변호사ㆍ회계사ㆍ세무사ㆍ언론인 등 총 10명으로 구성됐으며 공정하고 투명한 절차를 통해 심사를 진행했다.
특히 각 위원별로 ▲ 금융기관의 신용도ㆍ재무구조 안정성 ▲ 교육청에 대한 대출 및 예금금리 ▲ 교육기관 이용 편의성 ▲ 금고 업무 관리능력 ▲ 교육기관 기여 및 교육청과 협력사업 등 6개 분야 20개 세부 항목을 평가했다.
