우선, 플랜트사업본부 산하 원자력사업단을 CEO 직속 편제로 변경해 회사의 미래 성장동력 기반을 강화할 계획이다. 신규 진출국인 투르크메니스탄, 체코, 모잠비크 현장의 수행 역량을 고도화하기 위해 연중 상시, 프로젝트 중심의 조직체계를 구성하겠다는 방침도 세웠다.
또한, GTX-B 민간투자사업, 동부간선도로 지하화, 홍천 양수발전소 1·2호기 등 국내 대형 토목 프로젝트의 촘촘한 사업관리를 위해 CM조직을 확대 신설했다.
