[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 진해수협이 지난달 29일부터 31일까지 열린 세계 3대 수산박람회인 청도 국제어업박람회에 참석해 진해 수산특산물의 해외 수출 확대기회를 마련했다.

이번 박람회에 진해수협 김일용 조합장을 비롯 조상욱 지도상무, 최철원 유통가공사업단장, 김용선 유통팀장 등이 진해수협 주력상품 진해수협 피조개 및 수협중앙회와 연계하여 개발한 간장 피조개, 양념 피조개 총 4종의 제품을 선보였다.

특히 피조개를 활용한 요리를 해외 바이어들에게 선보여 긍정적인 반응을 이끌어냈다

그 결과 중국, 일본, 한국의 10개 수산, 무역 업체로 부터 상담금액 132만 USD의 상담실적을 달성했을 뿐만 아니라, 한국소재의 무역 업체와 MOU 협약을 맺어 50만 USD의 실적을 달성해 창원시 대표 수산특산물인 피조개의 해외 수출 확대를 할 수 있는 계기를 마련했다.

진해수협 김일용 조합장은 "추후 예정된 국내외 수산박람회에 적극적으로 참여하여 창원시 관내 수산특산물인 진해 피조개의 수출확대를 위해 앞으로도 노력하겠다" 고 말했다.
