부천시에 따르면, 이번 발표대회는 세입 업무 담당 공무원 간 우수사례를 공유하고 확산해 자주재원 확충 역량을 높이고, 창의적인 세입 발굴을 장려하기 위해 마련됐다.
심사는 효과성, 개선 노력도, 확산 가능성 등을 평가한 1차 서면 심사와 내용 전달력, 토론대응력 등을 평가한 2차 발표 심사 점수를 합산해 상위 3건을 선정했다.
