인천시에 따르면, 이번 행사는 중구 인천종합어시장, 미추홀구 남부종합시장, 용남시장, 용현시장, 연수구 옥련시장, 남동구 소래포구전통어시장, 소래포구종합어시장, 부평구 부평깡시장·진흥종합시장·부평종합시장, 계양구 작전시장 등 전통시장 9곳에서 시행된다.
행사 기간 동안 국내산 수산물을 구매한 소비자는 1인당 최대 2만 원 한도로 구매금액의 최대 30%를 온누리상품권으로 환급받을 수 있다.
