고양소방서가 지난 16일 덕은동 노을공원 인근 하천에 빠진 10대 학생을 신속하게 구조했다고 밝혔다.

이날 오후 3시경 하천에 사람이 빠졌다는 시민 신고가 접수되자 구조대가 즉시 현장으로 출동했다.
현장 도착 당시 하천 주변이 공사벽으로 막혀 있어 익수자 발견에 어려움이 있었지만, 구조대는 약 500미터 구간을 신속히 수색해 오탁방지망을 붙잡고 있던 학생을 찾아냈다.
구조대원들은 숙련된 수난 구조기법과 팀워크를 바탕으로 학생을 안전하게 구조했으며 저체온 증세를 보여 현장에서 응급처치를 받은 뒤 인근 병원으로 이송됐으며 생명에는 지장이 없는 것으로 확인됐다.
