대구시는 이번 평가에서 9개 구·군을 대상으로 토지행정, 지적업무, 지적재조사, 부동산관리 등 토지 관련 전반의 업무 성과를 점검했다. 그 결과, 최우수 기관에는 기관 표창이 수여된다.
북구청은 통합위임장 도입을 통한 신속한 지적민원 처리와 맹지 해소 및 토지 활용도 향상을 위한 지적재조사 사업, 대규모 판매시설 주소 세분화, 개별부동산 특성 정비로 공시가격의 정확성 제고 등 다방면에서 우수성을 인정받았다.
또, 부동산거래 거짓신고에 대한 정밀조사를 적극적으로 펼치고, 참신한 행정 아이디어로 구민과의 소통을 강화한 점도 높은 평가를 받았다.
배광식 북구청장은 “앞으로도 창의적 정책을 지속적으로 발굴해 구민의 편익과 소유권 보호에 기여하는 공간정보 서비스를 제공하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Daegu's Buk-gu Office was selected as the best agency in the 2025 Daegu City Land and Spatial Information Comprehensive Evaluation.
