도예가 이종능이 도예 인생 40년 회고전을 2025년 12월 3일부터 7일까지 5일간 서울 인사동 통인화랑에서 개최한다. 이번 전시는 뉴욕·워싱턴·런던·도쿄·오사카·두바이·아부다비·모스크바 등 세계 주요 도시의 초대전 여정을 마무리하고, 국내에서 단독 회고 개인전을 여는 것이다.

이종능 작가는 “관람객이 빈 그릇의 빈 공간을 통해 자신의 우주를 마주하게 되는 시간이 되길 바란다”고 설명했다. 세계 각국에서 초대전을 이어온 그는 “이제야 불 지핀 가마 속으로 걸어 들어갈 준비가 됐다.” 면서, “이제야 우주를 담은 빈그릇을 자신 있게 내놓을 배짱이 생겼다”고 밝혔다.
