이번 평가보고회에서는 ‘볼매거창 – 볼수록 매력도시 거창’이라는 슬로건 아래 성공적으로 마무리된 축제의 '차별화된 성공 포인트'가 집중 조명됐다. 특히, 축제 기획 단계부터 지속 가능성과 지역 상생에 중점을 둔 점이 높이 평가받았다.
