경기도의회 이채명 의원(더불어민주당, 안양6)이 지난 12월 1일 경기도의회 안양상담소에서 지역 민원인과 안양시 유보통합 담당자를 만나 유보통합(유아·보육 통합) 추진 현황을 점검하고 현장의 애로사항을 청취하는 자리를 마련했다.

이 자리에서 시 관계자는 영유아보육법, 지방교육자치법, 지방교육재정교부금법 등 이른바 ‘유보통합 3법’ 개정안이 국회에서 논의 중이나 여전히 계류 상태임을 설명했다. 또한 국가·지자체·교육청 간 장기 재원 분담 구조, 지자체 인력의 교육청 전환 범위, 전국 확대 시 조직·인력 표준모델 등 핵심 사안은 아직 구체적인 설계와 협의가 이뤄지지 않아 현장의 혼선이 지속되고 있다고 전했다.

이채명 의원은 유보통합 추진 과정에서 현장의 부담이 크다는 점에 공감하며, 실질적인 대안 마련을 위해 지속적인 소통의 필요성을 강조했다. 이어 “현장의 목소리가 곧 정책의 방향이 되어야 한다”며 “유보통합이 안양과 경기도에서 안정적으로 안착할 수 있도록 실효적 대안을 찾고 협력을 강화해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

한편, 경기도의회 안양상담소는 도민 의견을 수렴하고 지역 현안을 논의하는 공식 창구로 운영되고 있으며, 도민은 상담소 홈페이지를 통해 온라인 예약 후 방문 상담을 받을 수 있다.

Gyeonggi Provincial Council Member Lee Chae-myeong (Democratic Party of Korea, Anyang 6) met with local residents and Anyang City's childcare integration staff at the Anyang Counseling Center on December 1st to review the status of the childcare integration project (childcare integration) and hear about challenges faced by those on the ground.

Councilman Lee Chae-myeong sympathized with the significant burden on the ground during the process of promoting the integrated reserves and emphasized the need for continued communication to develop practical solutions. He continued, "The voices of the field must directly inform policy direction," and added, "We will find effective solutions and strengthen cooperation to ensure the integrated reserves are stably established in Anyang and Gyeonggi Province."
