대통령실이 5일 "이재명 대통령이 다음주부터 서울·세종·부산 등을 돌며 각 부처별 업무 보고를 받는다"고 전했다.
강유정 대변인은 이날 오후 용산 대통령실 브리핑에서 "이 대통령은 총 19부 5처 18청 7위원회 포함 228개 공공기관 대상으로 연내 부처별 업무 보고를 받을 예정"이라며 "공공기관은 아니나 업무 연관성이 높은 유관 기관도 참석할 것"이라고 밝혔다.
그러면서 "KTV·유튜브로 생중계해 국민에 모두 공개하는 걸 원칙으로 하되 외교·안보 등 보안이 필요한 부분은 비공개 진행한다"며 "부처별 업무 보고가 생중계되는 건 처음으로 국정 철학을 국민과 나누고 정책 이행 과정 투명성을 높이기 위한 조치"라고 했다.
또 "이번 집중 업무 보고는 이 대통령이 직접 지시한 것으로 국정 운영 청사진을 국민에 직접 제시하고, 내각의 속도감 있는 정책 이행을 위해 마련됐다"며 "자세한 일정·장소는 추후 공개하겠다"고 덧붙였다.
업무 보고는 정부 출범 후 6개월간 주요 성과·보완점·업무 추진 방향·부처별 중점 추진 과제 중심 발제·자유 토의 등 순으로 이뤄진다.
