이어 “아이들이 일상적으로 오가는 생활공간에서 유괴나 성범죄 등 각종 범죄를 미연에 방지하는 것이 최우선”이라며 “이번 조례가 아동 안전망을 실질적으로 강화하는 대책으로 자리잡길 기대한다”고 밝혔다.
