브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= KT는 2026년 1월 7일까지 청년 디지털 인재 양성 프로그램 KT 에이블스쿨의 9기 교육생을 모집한다고 18일 밝혔다.
에이블스쿨은 KT가 정부가 함께 기업 실무형 디지털 인재를 양성하고 AI 및 클라우드 분야 인재를 필요로 하는 기업의 일자리와 연계해 국가 디지털 경쟁력 제고에 기여하는 프로그램이다. KT는 2021년부터 선도 기업으로 참여히고 있으며 누적 교육생은 약 3500명이다.
이번 9기 교육생은 AI 개발자와 DX 컨설턴트 트랙으로 나눠 선발한다. ‘AI 개발자’ 트랙은 전공자 중심 교육으로 AI, Cloud를 활용해 기업 비즈니스 가치를 높이는 서비스 개발자를 목표로 한다. 업계에서 유일하게 개설한 ‘DX 컨설턴트’ 트랙은 AI와 Cloud 외에 제안전략수립 과목이 있어 기업의 다양한 영역에서 DX를 주도하는 실무자로 성장이 가능하다.
9기 교육은 내년 3월 말 입교해 약 5개월간 진행된다. 34세 이하 미취업자 중 4년제 대학 6학기 이상 수료자라면 누구나 지원할 수 있다.
에이블스쿨은 교육 수료 후 KT그룹 채용에 지원할 경우 우대 혜택이 주어지며, 연관된 다수 기업으로 취업할 수 있도록 취업지원 프로그램을 제공한다.
교육생들은 교육 기간 총 840시간의 이론 및 실습 교육을 받으며 기업의 실전형 프로젝트 수행에도 참여하게 된다. 특히, KT 에이블스쿨은 교육생들이 전국 어디서나 동일한 환경과 조건으로 높은 품질의 교육을 받을 수 있도록 에이블스쿨 전용 온라인 실습 플랫폼인 에이블에듀(AIVLE-EDU)를 제공하고 있다.
