계양구의회 제263회 제2차 정례회 폐회

(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 계양구의회가 지난 18일, 제3차 본회의를 끝으로 지난 11월 25일부터 24일간 진행된 제263회 제2차 정례회를 모두 마무리하고 폐회했다고 밝혔다. 

계양구의회에 따르면, 이번 제2차 정례회에서는 조례안 13건, 예산안 3건, 동의안 2건, 기타 3건으로 총 21건의 안건을 처리했다. 

이중 ‘인천광역시 계양구의회 국내외 지방의회 간 교류협력에 관한 조례안’을 비롯한 11건의 조례안과 동의안 등 기타 안건은 원안가결 했고 ‘인천광역시 계양구 현수막의 친환경 소재 사용 및 재활용 활성화 조례안’은 수정가결 했다.

또, 각 상임위원회의 예비 심사를 거쳐 예산결산특별위원회에서 검토한 2025년도 제3회 추가경정예산안, 2026년도 예산안 및 수정예산안, 2026년도 기금운용계획안 모두 원안대로 가결했다. 

신정숙 의장은 폐회사를 통해 “예산안 심사에 노고가 많으셨던 동료의원 및 관계 공직자 여러분께 감사의 말씀을 드린다”며, “집행부에서는 어려운 재정 여건 속에서 편성된 예산인 만큼 신중하고 균형 있게 집행하여, 사업의 수혜가 구민 누구도 소외되지 않고 모두에게 돌아갈 수 있도록 최선을 다해 주시기를 당부드린다”고 전했다.
